THE SCANDALOUS AVONDALES — Now a series!

I didn’t mean to write about identical twin brothers, one an army officer and the other a vicar but … I did. Meet Major Lord Philip Avondale and the Reverend Lord Peter Avondale, the first two published books in my Scandalous Avondales series.

Mishaps and Majors, Philip’s novella,  comes first when he is kidnapped directly into a mystery involving the girl he once had an innocent shipboard romance with, now grown into a beautiful woman. And the reason he’s kidnapped? He’s mistaken for his twin brother, Peter, who stuck his nose into a situation he shouldn’t have.

And Peter? I’ve revised and expanded his story since its first appearance in a 2024 anthology and it’s now a short standalone novel: Otters and Obstacles.

Yeah. I said “otters.” Three of them. And for Peter, who has promised their older brother the Duke of Livesay to behave himself during his exile to a small parsonage in Yorkshire, both they and their surprisingly intriguing keeper will keep him on his toes in more ways than one.
